Placing your Order

Placing an order with Health Shop Australia is easy. We try and make it very simple for you to buy quickly and easily online. If you just need some information, you may wish to contact us.

Product Packages

All prices on our website exclude Shipping and handling, then once you place your order Shipping costs are added at the checkout stage.

A flat fee of $8.80 per order is all you pay for shipping and handling within Victoria. For interstate orders we have a sliding scale based upon weight as follows

• Weight 0 - 5.0 kg Shipping is $10.00
• Weight 5.1 - 10.0 kg Shipping is $12.00
• Weight 10.1 - 15.0 kg Shipping is $14.00
• Weight 15.1 - 22kg Shipping is $20.00

- Orders heavier than this and International orders are charged at fixed rates

If you want to order an item from Health Shop Australia, click the 'Buy Now' button, which will display the content of your shopping cart. You can then modify the quantity you wish to purchase and click the "Update Totals" button below the contents of your shopping cart contents.

Member Registration

You will need to enter your contact details including name, address, company (if applicable) and contact details. This will ensure we have your shipping details. If your shipping details are different from your billing details, be sure to enter these details correctly. If you don't enter the correct shipping details, the goods will be sent to the billing address. Be sure to read our terms and conditions for more information on returning goods.

Payment Options: Secure Credit Card

You then have to select the freight option and will be prompted to enter your billing details.

You may choose to pay by credit card using our secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We confirm shipment usually takes around 5 to 7 days.

Order Confirmation

Once you have proceeded to purchase, you will see a screen thanking you for your order. You will see an order number and will be emailed a receipt of your order shortly thereafter.
